Orders & Shipping

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply shop through our website, add your fave products to cart, and checkout securely. Easy peasy, Shuga! 

Q: Do you deliver nationwide?
A: Yes, we deliver across Nigeria. Lagos orders usually arrive within 1–3 working days, while outside Lagos may take 3–7 working days.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Yes we do. For international deliveries, at checkout, please select pick up and then send us a Whatsapp message with your order number and we'd let you know what the delivery costs to your precise location is.  

Q: How much is delivery?
A: Delivery fees vary depending on your location. You’ll see the exact fee at checkout.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept card payments, bank transfers, and some mobile payment options via Paystack. All payments are 100% secure.

Q: Do you offer Pay on Delivery?
A: Sorry Shuga, not at the moment. All orders are prepaid so we can process and ship your goodies faster.

Q: What makes ShugaBodyyy products different?
A: Every product is hand-crafted with love, premium ingredients, and unforgettable scents. Our butters are whipped to perfection, our scrubs lather and exfoliate, our oils glide silky smooth, and our candles double as massage oils. Plus, our fragrance game? Stronger than your ex’s excuses 😉.

Q: Are your products safe for all skin types?
A: Yes, our products are carefully formulated with nourishing oils and butters. However, if you have sensitive skin, we recommend a patch test before full use.

Q: How do I use the Body Butter?
A: Apply a small amount on damp skin after your shower. Massage in until absorbed. Glow all day anddd smell heavenly.

Q: How do I use the Foaming Scrub?
A: After taking a shower, scoop a little, rub onto wet skin in firm (no need to be too hard on yourself, literally) circular motions. You can leave on for a couple minutes and then rinse off. Use 2–3 times weekly for best results.

Q: Can I use the Body Oil daily?
A: Absolutely! Apply generously on damp skin, especially after bathing, for maximum hydration and scent projection.

Q: How do I use the Massage Candle?
A: Light it, let the wax melt into warm oil, blow out the flame, then pour a little onto your skin and massage. Luxurious, sensual, and soothing.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Due to the nature of our products, we don’t accept returns once opened. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll fix it ASAP.

Gifting & Bundles

Q: Do you offer gift packaging?
A: Yes, Shuga! You can choose gift options at checkout, including custom cards. Our bundles also make the perfect present. If you would like us to sort extras like flowers or other gift items for you, kindly reach out to us on Whatsapp - +2348063049249.

Q: Can I create my own bundle?
A: Yes, you can mix & match scents across oils, scrubs, and butters in our customizable bundles.

Q: Do you have a physical store?
A: ShugaBodyyy is available online, but you can also shop in person at our spa and wellness space, Shugarushhh Aesthetics and Wellness, in Lagos, Nigeria.
