SHIPPING POLICY

At Shugarushhh Bodycare, we are committed to getting your goodies to you in perfect condition and right on time. Whether you’re ordering from around the corner or across the world, here’s what to expect:

📦 Domestic Shipping (Nigeria)

    • Lagos Deliveries: Orders within Lagos typically arrive within 24–48 hours. Sometimes, we even do same-day delivery if your order comes in before 1PM.

    • Outside Lagos: Orders going to other states take 2–7 business days to arrive.

🌍 International Shipping

    • Shipping outside Nigeria usually takes 3–10 business days.

    • If the shipping fee exceeds what you paid, we’ll contact you to kindly top up the balance before dispatch.

    • Please note that customs duties, taxes, or extra charges in your country are not included in your purchase price or shipping fee. These are the buyer's responsibility.

    • If a package is delayed, lost, returned, or destroyed by customs, we sadly won’t be able to offer refunds for the product or shipping. If the item returns to us, you’ll need to cover the cost of resending.

🚀 Expedited Shipping

We get it—sometimes you need it now now. If you need express shipping, just contact us. We’ll try our best to make it happen.

☀️ Heat & Melting

We do our best to protect temperature-sensitive products (like our whipped body butters). But Nigeria is hot, and melting can happen.
If your butter melts, let it cool at room temperature, or pop it in the fridge.

Melting may reduce volume or slightly change its look, but don’t worry—it’s still effective, fragrant, and safe to use.
Please note: We do not offer refunds or replacements for items melted in transit. We also advise not leaving your goodies in hot areas like your car, by a window, or under direct sun.

📭 Missed Deliveries

If our delivery partner contacts you and you’re unavailable to receive your order, we won’t be liable for melted or damaged items due to such delivery delays.
