Use on damp skin in the shower. Scoop a small amount and massage in firm (please, there is no need to go in too hard) circular motions. It will lather up as it exfoliates.

Rinse off to reveal soft, glowing skin.  You can use in focused areas like your underarm, behing yiur neck, your elbows, knees, vulva/groin area to reduce bumps and soften and brighten your skin in these areas over time.
